Veronica’s Sweetcakes General Policies and Guideline
- All orders must be placed in person or on the phone. We do not accept any orders via emails or voicemail. Emails are strictly for reference photos of your cake designs. If you leave a voicemail and do not receive a call back within 24 hours please call back and be sure to speak to one of our crew members.
- Artwork/Custom orders are available on a first come first serve basis with limited availabilities. We reserve the rights to stop accepting orders at any time once we reach our capacity. Especially during holiday weeks and other special events. Please be sure to plan ahead and allow at least three weeks for custom artwork orders.
- Decorations, Colors, Fonts, Placement of Designs on our website or from your reference photos may not be exact. Please allow our Cake Artists to use their professional creative freedom to create your order.
- Creative Freedom Rights : Our Cake Artist Team Members are all trained professionals. Please allow them to design and decorate your order as they see fit.
- As the customer, we are open to any suggestions of theme, color palettes and/or general decorations. But extreme specific details/designs or an exact replica of the cake is not possible. Every cake artists has their own styles & techniques. Please allow us the freedom to design the best work that we can for your special occasions. Once you have placed your order with Veronica’s Sweetcakes, you automatically grant us the creative freedom to design your order.
- When you arrive to pick up your order, please check to ensure all designs, writings, etc are correct before leaving the premises. We are more than happy to fix any errors or redesign your order if you are not satisfied before leaving Veronica’s Sweetcakes (you may need to schedule a secondary pick up time depending on the volume of orders we have) We are not required to change anything once the order leaves the premises.
Cancellation & Changes to your order
- We DO NOT accept any cancellation or changes (designs, flavors, size, etc) to your order via emails or voicemails. All orders & edits to an order must be done in person or via a phone call with a crew member. We reserve the right to decline any changes.
